Tell us about your dogs, particularly some stories or facts about dogs running the 2020 race with you
PeeWee, a three-year-old (named after PeeWee Herman) will be one of my main leaders. PeeWee's father (Stevie Ray) was one of Hugh Neff's main leaders when he won the Yukon Quest in 2016.
How did you get started running dogs?
My Grandpa LeRoy started the Yukon Quest and I just wanted to be as cool as him.
What do you love most about running sled dogs?
I love that we get to be alone together. It's like taking your kids on vacation!
Why did you enter the Yukon Quest? What are your goals for the race?
To finish before my Grandpa passes away. To finish with happy pups.
How did your dogs get their names?/ How do you choose names?
